🌼 How long does it take for my pattern to be personalised?
I will send you your personalised pattern within 1-2 business days. These will be sent to your Etsy inbox separately to your pdf stitch guide.
🌸 What size are the patterns, can they be resized?
Most of my patterns are for 4 or 6 inch embroidery hoops. These sizes can be adjusted on your printer settings, or I am very happy to resize them for you, please reach out!
🌺 Do you do custom orders?
Yes, I welcome custom orders requests. If you have a suggestion for a pattern, I'd love to hear it! Please get in touch with any questions, I'd love to chat
🌻 I've never embroidered before, can I stitch your patterns?
Of course! Most of patterns are designed for beginners in mind, there are very detailed step by step instructions with each guide to help you through. Some patterns have YouTube tutorials too. I'm always available to help you via messages too!
💐 What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please note I sell digital patterns only, not finished embroideries
